CHAIR AWARDED OAM Today

The Executive Officer, staff and Board members of TDT Victoria sincerely congratulate Board Chair, Mrs Nola Bransgrove as a recipient, on Australia Day, 26 January 2012, of the Order of Australia Medal for service to the transport and logistics industry, to women and to the community.

Nola has been an active participant in the growth of the transport industry.  Not only has Nola, together with husband Norm and family built their Traralgon business Branstrans up to be a leading transport company,  Nola has taken leadership roles in the industry nationally and in Victoria, through representation in the following organisations:

 National Transport Federation (NTF),

NatRoad,

Transport Industry Superannuation Fund (TIS),

Transport Women Australia Ltd (TWAL),

Transport & Distribution Training (TDT) Victoria, an Industry Advisory Board to government,

Victorian Industry Round Table (IRT),

Victorian Freight and Logistics Council (VFLC),

Transport and Logistics Workforce Advisory Group (T&L WAG)  and

Women in Supply Chain (WISC).

 Nola has received many accolades in the past and it culminates with her Order of Australia Medal.
