The Cadetship program was officially launch in the Victorian Government's Industry Room on the 46th Floor at 55 Collins St.

Over 85 people, cadets, employers, unions and government attended the launch and heard ringing endorsement of the cadetship from a range of speakers and from the cadets themselves.
